atkin diet!

sejarah b'ulang!
tidak2!!!
igt msa dlu2, msa drjh 6, bdn bolat cm bola,
p mna2, smua org tgoq, x ska sgt! cess~~

pstu msuk asrma, kes hmesick pnya psal,
x mkn pun ap yg mc cik Ds msk,
tggu weeknd mk bwk nasi :) hehehe
pstu jd kurus keding cm lidi.. ska2

skrg last timbang dh smpai tkat x leh dtrima akal.. huhuhu

xkn nk homesick n mw mkn nsi lg, nk hmesick ap nya dh tua2 ni

pstu cari2 cara nk maintain bdn, jmpa sal atkin diet
dh lma dgr psal ni, rupanya2 kt sini pun ad pngamalny
n smua ni myoliza n dzul
bjaya jd slim n mnawan.. syabas2

setelah dikaji2, diet ni kurangkn carb n maintain kn kalori
kita pcah kn lelemak dlm bdn guna ketoacidosis
ketone bodies yg dihasilkn, buat ATP n supply utk body needs..
so, sgla jnis glycolysis n gluconeogenesis kna stop, bru la smpai stage STARVATION
huhuhu.. revise biochem :)

masalahya.. bleh ke nk ikut ni
1st 2 weeks adlah induction
x bleh mkn NASI. ROTI n Sgla bagai!
x bleh mnum MILO, SUSU n sgla air yg ad gula.. huaaa
yg bleh mkn telur, syur, ayam, ikan
yg bleh mnum.. air kosong ja
fuh! mmpu ke ni???

fikir2 kn n selamat b'amal

diet! hohoho

Diet!
9 tip elak makan berlebihan

1. makan dengan perlahan
makan cepat- bleh cenderung mkn byk

2. ambil nafas
jgn buru2 ambik mknn,
jgn jdikn meja mkn gelanggang p'lmbaan mkn

3. beri perhatian
perhatikan bntuk mknn & komposisi warna hidangan
di smping anda mnikmati rasanya

4. selesaikan setiap kunyahan
jgn potong mknn di dalam pinggan sblum mknn yg tgh d kunyah hbs di telan

5.potongan kecil
potong kecik2, so lmbt la suap mknn kt mulut
ini bleh bg pluang kpd tbuh beri signal yg kta dh kenyang

6. aktiviti
jgn mkn smbil tgk tv, mmbca @ bkerja
mgkin bleh bt rasa x puas n mkn b'lbihan

7. kawal kuantiti
klu nasi berlauk, kurang kn jumlah nasi n lauk yg di ambik

8. gantikan ukuran pinggan
guna pinggan yg kcik, ilusi ni bleh nmpk mcm pinggan dh penuh n byk

9. tunggu waktu
klu nk tmbh nasi, tggu dlu
klu lpr lg bru tmbh

mkn sikit - berat kurang- kurus- cntik n confident :)
